Cyrus Wickersham

Cyrus Wickersham is an ETL Junior Developer at The Center for Health Information and Analysis, responsible for automating DataStage Jobs using BASH shell scripts and managing installations of IBM Information Server in cloud environments. Previously, Cyrus served as an Associate Application Support Engineer at CWT, where responsibilities included diagnosing complex incidents and developing automation solutions in Java. In an earlier role at Crayon, Cyrus held multiple positions, culminating as Program Manager Customer Operations, overseeing a team of contractors and managing client accounts, as well as working as Customer Operations Team Lead and Competitive Intelligence Analyst. Cyrus earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology from McGill University and completed a Software Engineering Immersive program at General Assembly.
