Caleb Kruckenberg is an experienced attorney and litigation director currently serving at the Center For Individual Rights since February 2024. Prior to this role, Caleb worked at the Pacific Legal Foundation as an attorney from October 2021 to February 2024 and served as litigation counsel at the New Civil Liberties Alliance from May 2018 to September 2021, focusing on impact litigation against administrative agency overreach. Additional experience includes positions as associate attorney at Levin Zeiger LLP, assistant federal public defender for the District of New Mexico, assistant public defender at the Law Offices of the Public Defender in New Mexico, and assistant district attorney at the New York County District Attorney's Office. Caleb holds a Juris Doctor degree from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Fine/Studio Arts from The University of Kansas.
