In-Zu Tuan

In-Zu Tuan is a Medical Director at Wilder Community Mental Health and Wellness, with over two decades of experience as a consulting psychiatrist. In addition to their work at Wilder, In-Zu also serves as a psychiatrist at the Center for Victims of Torture, providing psychiatric assessments and medication management to individuals who have experienced trauma. Prior to their current roles, In-Zu worked as a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist at Park Nicollet Health Services. In terms of education, In-Zu completed a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, a residency in Psychiatry, and obtained their Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Minnesota.

The Center for Victims of Torture works toward a future in which torture ceases to exist and its victims have hope for a new life. We are an international nonprofit dedicated to healing survivors of torture. We provide direct care for those who have been tortured, train partners around the world who can prevent and treat torture, and advocate for human rights and an end to torture. CVT's mission is to heal the wounds of torture on individuals, their families and their communities and to end torture worldwide. CVT is headquartered in St. Paul, MN.
