Lisa Beeson

Lisa Beeson is a seasoned professional in real estate and mergers and acquisitions with extensive experience in advisory roles and corporate leadership. Currently a Partner and Advisory Board Member at The CenterCap Group, LLC since September 2015, Lisa also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation. Previous leadership positions include President & COO at American Realty Capital Properties, Managing Director at Barclays Investment Bank and Lehman Brothers, and Head of Real Estate M&A at Wachovia Securities. With a strong foundation in strategic guidance and transaction execution, Lisa has played pivotal roles in facilitating over $200 billion in real estate and asset management M&A transactions. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.
