Cortez Sherman

Cortez Sherman is a skilled project manager at TCH The Centers for Habilitation since September 2022, with a diverse background in culinary arts and leadership roles. Previously, Cortez served as Chief Executive Officer at Rare Roots Apparel from March 2020 to October 2022 and worked as a paraprofessional at The ACES, providing therapeutic support to minors with behavioral challenges and autism. Culinary expertise includes positions as Culinary Director at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Peninsula and co-founding Kory Catering, where Cortez held multiple roles such as consultant and executive chef.
