Renan Mesquita has a diverse work experience in the gaming and esports industry. In 2015, they began their career as a Starcraft II Latin American Caster for Blizzard Entertainment. In 2017, they became a Community Manager for Hoplon. From 2020 to 2021, they worked for Espo as a Community Manager and Fan Perk Coordinator and as an intern. During this same time period, they also worked for Player1 Gaming Group as an Esports Referee, fulfilling roles such as ProLegends 2022 Circuito Teamfight Tactics, MPL Brazil 2022 Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, Hera Game Changers VALORANT, Arenas de Runeterra, ge esportStars VALORANT, TFT Emissárias and CO-OPA. Additionally, they worked as a Player Support at CBCS and an Esports Referee at LBFF C and LBFF Serie C. In 2022, they began working as an Event Operations Specialist for Community Gaming.
