Jennifer Stroud

Jennifer Stroud, RHIA, is a seasoned healthcare information management professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at The Centers since February 2022, Jennifer also owns Tranquility Medical Billing, LLC, since June 2016. Previous positions include HIM Director at Birch Tree Communities, Inc. and St. Vincent Rehab Hospital, where Jennifer also acted as the Hospital HIPAA Officer. Jennifer's expertise in clinical coding was demonstrated through a supervisory role at Medical Office Systems and as Director of Health Information Management at Bradley County Medical Center. An educator as well, Jennifer taught Advanced Medical Transcription and Medical Law and Ethics online at SouthArk. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Information Management from Arkansas Tech University, where studies were completed from August 2007 to August 2011.
