Barb Eastwood - Spears is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and entrepreneurship. As the Owner and Founder of Farm to Paw Boutique and Market since November 2019, Barb also operates B&K Ranch, a hobby farm that cherishes a variety of animals, including horses, goats, cats, and dogs. Barb has served as Executive Vice President at The Central Group since June 1991, leading the Human Resources Team and focusing on recruitment and management training. Previous experience includes partnership at OH Behave Canine Pawllege and customer service at Bidcor Sales and Marketing.
