Sittinart Thaveesith

Sittinart Thaveesith has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Sittinart started their career as a Programmer at International Software Factory Co., Ltd. in 1995. Sittinart then moved on to Unisys, where they worked as an Information Service Consultant, providing pre-sales, programming, and customer service support in the banking sector. At Sybase, they served as a Technical Consultant and later as an Industry Specialist at Sybase Solutions Corporation. Sittinart joined DTAC in 2008 and held various roles within the People Group, specializing in HR database management and compensation management. At DTAC, they also served as the Head of the HRIS Unit in the People Group. In 2012, they joined Central Group as the Vice President and Head of Digital HR, overseeing the HR transformation strategy and managing the development of a single HR management platform. Sittinart later took on the role of AVP for Organizational Effectiveness & Projects. Sittinart's extensive experience in HR management, project management, and systems development has made him a valuable asset to the organizations they have worked for.

Sittinart Thaveesith has obtained a Graduated Diploma in Property Valuation from Thammasat University in 2003-2004. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Ramkhamhaeng University in 1995-1998. Sittinart Thaveesith has also obtained multiple certifications such as viaEDGE Certification Workshop in 2017, Mini MBA from Chulalongkorn Business School in 2014, Safety Officer at Supervisor Level in 2013, Care & Growth Leadership - Intermediate in 2013, HR for People Manager in 2012, Leadership Training for Manager in 2012, and Effective Meeting in 2011.
