William Rodgers is a seasoned economist and educator currently serving as Vice President and Director at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis since July 2021 and as a Fellow at The Century Foundation since January 2016. With a distinguished career in academia, William holds the position of Professor of Public Policy and Chief Economist at Rutgers University until July 2024. In addition to academic roles, William has contributed extensively to various organizations, including serving as Chair of the Board of Directors at the National Academy of Social Insurance and as a board member for multiple United Way entities. William holds a PhD in Economics from Harvard University, a MA from UC Santa Barbara, and a BA from Dartmouth College. William also has experience in youth soccer coaching, currently as Head Coach/Trainer for the U18 Boys Sporting at NJFC Soccer Club.
