Edwin Díaz Maldonado

Edwin Díaz Maldonado is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and system administration. Currently employed as a Technical Support Analyst at The Cervantes Group since September 2019, Edwin monitors and resolves data transfer issues. Previously, as an IT Incident Management Analyst, responsibilities included investigating and diagnosing network-related incidents. Edwin's background includes serving as an IT System Administrator at Nestor Reyes Inc, where expertise in configuring and maintaining network infrastructure was applied. An earlier role at the Office of Management and Budget PR involved enhancing organizational efficiency through targeted development programs. Edwin holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Interamerican University of Puerto Rico and has studied Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras. Additionally, Edwin earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same institution.
