Glodelmis Pérez, PMP®, currently serves as the Head of Global PMO at The Cervantes Group, leading the Global Program Management Office and overseeing key transformation programs to ensure executive oversight. With experience as a Senior Product Manager and Senior Project Manager, Glodelmis has managed enterprise projects for multi-billion dollar clients. Previous roles include Healthcare Informatics Leader and Medical Informatics Project Coordinator at Ciracet Corp., Operations Coordinator at Reliable Health Services, Inc., and Case Manager at Special Care Pharmacy Services. As a co-owner of Mets de Guaynabo Béisbol Doble A, Glodelmis managed all aspects of the baseball club. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, an Associate's degree in Pharmacy Technician/Assistant, and a Bachelor of Industrial Management in Hospitality Administration/Management from Inter-American University of Puerto Rico. Additionally, Glodelmis completed a PMP Certification Course at Agile:Ratio.
