Anthony Gutierrez

Anthony Gutierrez has a diverse work experience spanning over more than two decades. Anthony began their career at PwC as a Staff member in 1994, followed by a role as an Audit Senior at Ernst & Young from 1996 to 1999. Anthony then worked as the Corporate Financial Controller at Ahold subsidiary Santa Isabel S.A. from 1999 to 2003.

From 2004 to 2007, Gutierrez served as the Internal Audit Manager at Quiñenco S.A., one of Chile's largest business conglomerates. Anthony then joined Anglo American as the Corporate Planning and Financial Reporting Manager from 2007 to 2008.

Gutierrez's next role was as the Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at Enjoy S.A., Chile's largest casino, hotel, and resort operator. During their tenure from 2008 to 2009, they executed a local IPO readiness plan, streamlined accounting and reporting functions, and reorganized the accounting area at the corporate office and operations.

Anthony then worked at Ausenco from 2010 to 2013, where they held two roles. First, as the Business Service Manager for South America, they achieved a turnaround performance by reorganizing the regional finance team and served as a key member of a core Oracle system implementation team. Later, as the Finance Reporting Manager for South America, they were responsible for 5 countries and managed 9 managers.

Gutierrez joined Oracle in 2013 and served as the CFO for Latin America and the Caribbean until 2015. During this time, Oracle acquired Micros System Inc., where they had been working since February 2013.

Following their tenure at Oracle, Gutierrez became the CFO of Diebold Nixdorf's Chile operation from 2015 to 2016. Currently, they are working at The CFO Suite, LLC as an Interim Controller/Finance Director/CFO since December 2018.

Anthony Gutierrez received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California from 1990 to 1994. In 1999, they obtained a CPA license from The California State Board of Accountancy. In the same year, they attended Cíte Universite for a brief period, but it is not specified what degree or field of study they pursued.
