The leadership team at The Chairman's Bao has a wide range of experiences and education. They have worked as Java Software Developers, Software Engineers, and Managing Directors at various companies. They have also been Leaders in Residence at the University of Leeds and Board Members at Leeds Irish Health and Homes. In addition, they have given speeches about Alzheimer's Research UK. Their education histories include degrees in Computer Software Engineering, Spanish Language, Literature and Cultural History, and Mandarin Chinese and Spanish from Universitas Maritim Raja Ali Haji, Universidad de León, and University of Leeds respectively.
