Eric Chi

Eric Chi is a seasoned professional in product management and digital strategy, currently serving as Senior Director and General Manager of Software Product Management at Chamberlain Group since January 2023, where leadership of a team overseeing the myQ app experience and partnerships is a key responsibility. Previously, at IBM, Eric excelled as Product Lead for AI Imaging in Watson Health, enhancing radiological accuracy through innovative AI solutions, and held various roles focusing on digital strategy and automation. His career includes significant contributions to FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Eemax Inc., and Target, alongside impactful work with Teach for America. Eric earned an MBA in Strategy & Technology from the University of Michigan and a BA in Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis.
