Kate Salada

Kate Salada is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR transformation, analytics, and business partnership, currently serving as Director of HR Transformation and previously in various leadership roles at Chamberlain Group since January 2018. With a strong background in workforce planning, engagement, and strategic compensation management, Kate has successfully led major restructuring initiatives to enhance team effectiveness and drive organizational success. Prior experience includes significant roles at Comcast and multiple educational and healthcare institutions, underscoring a diverse skill set in talent management, employee development, and psychological assessment. Kate holds an MBA and a Master's in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, along with additional qualifications in Counseling Psychology and Psychology from Michigan State University.
