Katie McFarlane

Katie McFarlane is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director for Global Manufacturing at Chamberlain Group, Katie has progressed from the position of Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner within the same organization. Prior to joining Chamberlain Group, experience includes managing HR functions for multiple call centers at C3/CustomerContactChannels, Inc., and founding McFarlane Consulting, LLC, where an independent HR consultancy was operated. Additional roles encompass HR positions at Honeywell, Cerner Corporation, Texas Instruments, and early career internships at the University of Minnesota, 3M, and IBM. Katie holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations and Psychology from Rockhurst University.
