Pavel Novik

Pavel Novik is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in leadership and technical roles. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer and Team Lead at Chamberlain Group since May 2025, Pavel oversees architecture development and team management within the IoT sector. Prior to this, Pavel was a Technical Lead and Resource Manager at Coherent Solutions, where responsibilities included feature design, team mentorship, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. With a background that includes roles as a Software Trainer at IT Academy and Development Team Lead at Alfa-Bank (Belarus), Pavel has a strong foundation in software development and project management.
