Song Yao

Song Yao is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering for the Video Platform at Chamberlain Group since December 2018, responsibilities include overseeing the development of integrated access solutions for both residential and commercial markets. Previously, Song held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Tend Insights from December 2007 to November 2018, leading the creation of video monitoring solutions. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Program Manager at Microsoft Research Asia, Product Manager for the FIFA World Cup Team at Yahoo, and Principal Software Engineer at Oracle. Song Yao holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Stanford University.
