Andy Bell

Andy Bell joined Champion in 2011 as a maintenance technician and now holds the role of Commercial Maintenance Manager for their organization. Andy is the first point of contact for all maintenance/upkeep needs related to their commercial and retail assets, with the goal of ensuring tenant satisfaction.

Andy’s responsibilities include performing inspections, preventive and routine maintenance, overseeing all third-party installations and repairs, and managing relationships with their contractors and service providers.

Due to his in-depth knowledge and experience in maintenance and construction, Andy also plans and manages a wide variety of special projects for their apartment portfolio, including conducting due diligence inspections for new acquisitions.

Andy received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from The Ohio State University and is a Certified Infrared Thermographer.
