David Hatcher

As the Chief Construction Officer for The Champion Companies, David Hatcher is the point person on all of the company’s construction and renovation projects.

David’s responsibilities include the development and implementation of project scopes, timelines and budgets. He oversees a team of personnel tasked with carrying out each construction and renovation project. He also manages the company’s relationships and contracts with various business partners and vendors.

In addition to his work for Champion, David is a licensed Real Estate agent and an active member of the Columbus Board of Realtors, Ohio Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Dave received a Columbus Business First 40 Under 40 Award in 2019 for his accomplishments both professionally and in the Central Ohio community.

David served in the Ohio National Guard for 9 years and is the proud recipient of the Army Commendation Medal and Global War on Terrorism Medal.
