Jenny Donnellon

As Senior Vice President of Rental Operations for The Champion Companies, Jenny Donnellon is responsible for the day-to-day operations of part of the company’s multi-family portfolio.

Jenny focuses on mentoring the sales skills of Champion team members and assists in the company’s hiring and training process. She also developed and oversees Champion’s Employee Recognition Program.

Her responsibilities include the implementation and oversight of operational policies and procedures, as well as budget, occupancy and rental growth adherence.

Jenny also maintains Champion’s business-to-business relationships, including the company’s preferred employers and corporate housing partners.

In addition to her work at Champion, Jenny is an active member of the Hilliard, Westerville, Columbus, Gahanna, Sunbury, Worthington and Dublin Chambers of Commerce.

She is a licensed Real Estate Agent, and received her Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor designation from the NAA. She is currently a member of the Columbus Apartment Association Board of Trustees.
