Kelli Berner

As Chief People Officer for The Champion Companies, Kelli Berner leads Champion’s Human Resources initiatives to align and support the needs of their rapidly growing business. She acts as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s six core principles, mission, and purpose.

Kelli oversees Champion’s associate relations, recruiting, staffing, training, and development, as well as the benefits programs. She also acts as the Champion’s voice for all internal communication efforts.

In addition to her work at Champion, Kelli is a member of Women for Economic Leadership Development (WELD). She received a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University.
