Kurtis Murfield

As Champion’s Training Manager for its Maintenance Division, Kurtis is responsible for the training and onboarding of all new maintenance technicians, as well as professional development for more veteran technicians who are taking on further responsibilities and leadership roles.

Kurtis, along with Champion’s Training and Compliance Manager, leads quarterly meetings for new team members to discuss topics related to company culture, and ways to succeed in one’s role.

He received a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Otterbein University.
