Axel Schiphof

Axel Schiphof is a consultant and coach at The Change Collective (B Corp) since August 2021, specializing in client transformation challenges involving strategy, leadership, culture, and structure. Previously, Axel worked as an organizational advisor for Gemeente Delft and held the position of Senior Consultant at Effectory from January 2016 to November 2020, where the focus was on linking organizational goals with employee feedback across a diverse client portfolio. Experience also includes serving as Assistant Director at The English Center, managing teachers and strategic direction, and founding Allusion, a translation, tutoring, and editing service. Early career roles included ESL Instructor at EF Education First. Axel holds an MA in American Studies and a BA in History, Economics, and Law from Utrecht University.
