Delphine Descourtis

Delphine Descourtis, TAS, currently serves as Regional Director at The Change Companies, where efforts focus on implementing evidence-based practices to facilitate positive behavior change. Previously, Delphine worked as an Account Executive at OneDay, excelling in new business development within the Senior Living industry and earning recognition for negotiating long-term contracts. Delphine's experience includes managing over 550 distributor accounts as a Distributor Account Executive at SAGE, and serving in various sales roles at prestigious brands including Salvatore Ferragamo, The Frye Company, Henri Bendel, and Gucci, where significant sales contributions and relationship-building skills were demonstrated. Delphine holds a Master's Degree in Luxury Management & Marketing from emlyon business school and a Bachelor of Arts in Managerial Studies and Visual Arts from Rice University.
