Ryan Lechner

Ryan Lechner serves as Co-CEO at both The Change Companies and Train for Change Inc. since September 2021, and Ryan is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Bonsai Group, a venture focused on acquiring and managing small- to medium-sized businesses in North America. Previously, Ryan worked as a Consultant in Digital Transformation at Bain & Company, where responsibilities included driving strategy projects within technology and financial services, and held a Director role at ConsenSys, overseeing strategic initiatives and business development across multiple teams. Ryan also contributed to content strategy and analytics at Netflix and held various roles at Bain & Company, including Senior Associate Consultant. Ryan's earlier experience includes a Civic Fellowship at Civic Consulting Alliance and an internship at Bates White Economic Consulting. Ryan holds a B.S. in Commerce with Distinction from the University of Virginia.
