Scott Covert

Scott Covert is an experienced professional in behavior change training and early intervention services, currently serving as the Behavior Change Trainer and Senior VP of Early Intervention Services at The Change Companies since May 2007. Responsibilities include the direct management of national sales and training staff. Previously, Scott Covert held the position of National Training Director, where the role involved designing training programs for various market segments and facilitating over 20 implementation and training sessions annually. Prior experience includes ownership of Covert Development from February 2001 to April 2007 and serving as General Manager at Fiskars Brands, Inc. from 1988 to 2001. Scott Covert is an alumnus of St. Michaels College.
