Janet Hargreaves

Janet Hargreaves is an accomplished Chief Information Officer at The Change Company since January 2018, overseeing systems and technology management, process automation, data management, information security, technology governance, and operational analytics. Prior to this role, Janet served as an Information Technology Consultant at The Capital Corps, LLC and held significant positions at Banc of California, including SVP of Information Systems and VP of Business Intelligence. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Business Intelligence at Carrington Mortgage Holdings, Senior Business Intelligence Consultant at REDC, and Sr. Manager of Business Intelligence at AHMSI. Janet earned a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics.
