Jon Irvine

Syrita B. currently serves as Co President of Change Appraisals, a division of The Change Company, since July 2011, leading initiatives in appraisal management post-Dodd-Frank reforms. Prior to this role, Syrita was a Mortgage Loan Originator at I-Loan from July 2009 to July 2011, contributing to a start-up modeled after E-Loan. Syrita's earlier experience includes serving as Group Sales Manager at E-Loan from February 2002 to July 2008, where involvement in innovative practices transformed the mortgage industry. Beginning a career at Providian Financial as a Project Manager from August 1997 to January 2002, Syrita managed various projects to enhance operational efficiencies. Educational qualifications include attendance at San Francisco State University.
