Alex Boud has extensive experience in customer success roles, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at The Channel Company since July 2022, after previously holding the position of Customer Success Executive. Prior to this, Alex worked at Incisive Media from April 2019 to July 2022, progressing from Customer Success Assistant to Customer Success Executive and also serving as an Events Assistant. Earlier experience includes a role as Front of House Assistant at Cooling's Nurseries Limited from March 2013 to April 2019, and an Events Assistant at LondonsDJ.uk Ltd from July 2018 to January 2019. Alex holds a Bachelor's degree in Musical Theatre from the University of Chichester, obtained between 2015 and 2018, as well as GCSE qualifications from Darrick Wood, completed in 2012.
