Kathryn Vallier

Kathryn Vallier has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Kathryn is currently working as the Director of Operations at The Charles Hotel since May 2021. Prior to this, they served as the General Manager at 907 Main Hotel from July 2019 to May 2021, overseeing the pre-opening and successful opening of the hotel.

Before joining 907 Main Hotel, Kathryn worked at Hilton Hotels & Resorts for several years. Kathryn held the position of Director of Rooms and Guest Services from April 2016 to June 2019, where they managed a team of department heads, managers, and team members. Kathryn also completed the exclusive Hilton Shine 2 General Manager development course.

Earlier in their career, Kathryn worked at Hilton Hotels & Resorts as the Director of Front Office Operations from March 2013 to March 2016 and as the Front Office Manager from November 2011 to March 2013.

Kathryn started their career as a Housekeeping Manager at The Waikiki EDITION from September 2010 to September 2011.

Kathryn Vallier earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University, which they attended from 2005 to 2008.
