The Human Resources team at The Charles Lea Center is dedicated to managing and enhancing the organization's workforce to support its mission. The team, led by the HR Director and supported by the Secretary and Senior Executive Assistant, handles recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws, ensuring a supportive environment for both staff and individuals with disabilities and special needs.
