Tori Johnson

Tori Johnson serves as the Human Resources Director and HR Manager at Charles Lea Center, a role held since October 2005. Tori is responsible for overseeing benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding efforts, and managing compliance with FMLA and Workers Comp processes. Additional responsibilities include training staff, assisting with policy revisions, providing metrics for HR areas, and managing the department’s budget. Tori also acts as a point of contact for various service providers and is involved in the development and implementation of the Learning Management System. Tori holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management from Strayer University.
