Sydney Shaffer

Sydney Shaffer has a diverse work experience, beginning with a role as Vice President and Co-Design Coordinator of Chi Omega Fraternity in 2015. Sydney then served as a Design Intern at Forehand+Lake Interior Design in 2016 and at NIC+ZOE in 2015. In 2017, they were a Graphic Designer for Relay for Life at the University of Michigan and a Graphic Design Marketing Intern at Faherty Brand. In 2018, they were a Graphic Designer at Jewish Family Services of Washtenaw County, a Communication Designer & Product Designer and a Graphic Design and Marketing Intern at Neighborhoods.com, and a Freelance Graphic Designer at Superfly. Most recently, in 2021, they began a role as a Visual Designer at THE CHARLES.

Sydney Shaffer completed their high school education at Fairfield Ludlowe High School between 2011 and 2013, followed by Waterville Valley Academy and Stratton Mountain School between 2013 and 2014. Sydney then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in BFA Art and Design | Graphic Design at the University of Michigan from 2014 to 2018. During their time at the University of Michigan, Sydney also completed a Study Abroad program in Graphic Design at DIS Copenhagen in 2017.
