Dr. Sathya Menon

Dr. Sathya Menon currently serves as the Group Chief Executive Officer of Blue Ocean Corporation, a leading conglomerate with a significant footprint in the MENA and Indian sub-continent regions, focusing on diverse sectors including training, consulting, and recruitment since January 2022. In addition, Dr. Menon holds the position of Vice Chairman of the UAE Chapter of The Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport International. Previously, Dr. Menon was the Chief Executive Officer of Blue Ocean Management Training and CEO of Haier UAE, alongside various managerial roles in logistics and procurement across multiple organizations. The educational background includes advanced degrees and certifications in business, logistics, and supply chain management from prestigious institutions including MIT Sloan School of Management, Andrews University, and Chartered Institutes.
