Employee Relations Team

The Employee Relations Team at The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) is responsible for fostering a positive and productive work environment for its members. This team handles negotiations, casework, and addresses any workplace disputes or grievances. They ensure equitable treatment of all members, promote employee engagement, and uphold health and safety standards. Moreover, they act as representatives in discussions with employers, safeguarding the interests and well-being of CSP members in various professional settings.
