Caitlin Lefchak

Caitlin Lefchak is an accomplished professional in human resources and talent management with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as AVP of Business Integration & Transformation and AVP of Talent at Chartis since January 2017, Caitlin focuses on standardizing HR programs and leading initiatives such as the firmwide Learning Management System and COVID-19 response strategies.
