Shannon Brownell is currently the Chief Talent Officer at The Chartis Group. Prior to this, Shannon worked for McKinsey & Company for over 12 years in various roles. Shannon started at McKinsey in 1998 as an Engagement Manager and eventually became the Director of Talent Management, Global Support Personnel in 2008. In 2013, Shannon left McKinsey to join The Chartis Group.

Shannon has a wealth of experience in talent management and has been instrumental in developing and implementing various strategies in this area. Shannon is a highly respected leader in the field and their work has helped numerous organizations improve their talent management practices.

Shannon Brownell has an MBA from the University of Chicago - Booth School of Business and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
