Chelsie Reagan, PHR, LNHA has extensive experience in human resources and administration. Chelsie began their career at the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, where they served as an Administrative Clerk, Payroll/Benefits Coordinator, and finally as a Human Resources Specialist. In these roles, they were responsible for maintaining compliance with various laws and policies, administering FMLA leave events, and processing background checks. Following their time at the City, Chelsie joined Southern Bank as an HR Director/Personnel Development Officer, overseeing personnel development and HR functions. Most recently, they have been working at Chateau Girardeau Retirement Community, where they started as the Director of Human Resources and currently holds the position of Vice President of Admin Services. Their expertise in HR and administration makes their a valuable asset to any organization.

Chelsie Reagan, PHR, LNHA, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Southeast Missouri State University. Chelsie has obtained several additional certifications including Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) from HRCI in December 2014 and SHRM-CP from SHRM in October 2015. Chelsie also recently acquired the Nursing Home Administrator certification from the Board of Nursing Home Administrators in August 2021.

The Chateau Girardeau is a non-profit, CARF-accredited Continuing Care Retirement Community serving seniors in Southeast Missouri. Since 1979, our community has served seniors with a vision founded in faith and guided by a commitment to premier care and housing. Today, The Chateau has grown to include 120 Independent Living homes, a Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation facility, Assisted Living apartments, and a nationally recognized therapy team and program. Residents have access to on campus amenities such as formal and casual culinary options, exercise classes and a full schedule of daily activities.
