Dan Charley

Dan Charley has extensive work experience in talent selection and engagement, as well as in founding and leading a staffing company. Dan worked as the Director of Talent Selection & Engagement at The Cheesecake Factory, where they developed recruiting and staffing strategies for a large number of restaurants, bakery facilities, and the corporate headquarters. Dan also managed talent acquisition projects and analyzed recruitment metrics. Before that, Dan founded and served as the President of First Financial Staffing, where they introduced a unique approach to contingent placement and temporary staffing services in various fields. Dan led a team of recruiters and successfully developed the company's executive search and temporary staffing consultant services.

Dan Charley attended Illinois State University from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in History & Social Science with a minor in Political Science.
