Daniel Myers

Daniel Myers is an experienced training and performance development professional with over 20 years in the field. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Training & Performance Development at The Cheesecake Factory since September 2011, Daniel oversees the training and development department and develops strategic learning programs for more than 40,000 employees across multiple restaurant brands. Prior to this role, Daniel worked at Banfield Pet Hospital from March 2002 to September 2011 as the Senior Manager of Learning & Development, leading a team of nine in various aspects of development including eLearning and instructional design. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Oregon State University, obtained in 2002.
