Erica Katz has extensive experience in technology deployment and operational management within the restaurant industry, currently serving as Lead, MIS Deployment at The Cheesecake Factory since 2007. In this role, Erica coordinates technology delivery to over 250 locations and collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure effective system support. Previous positions include supervising office services, leading training initiatives, and working as a special projects coordinator at a marketing agency. Erica's early career at Rosie's BBQ & Grill involved developing training materials and enhancing guest services. Academically, Erica holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations with a minor in Sociology from California State University, Bakersfield, and two Associate degrees from Los Angeles Pierce College.
