Jeff Henley

Jeff Henley is an experienced culinary operations manager with a long tenure at The Cheesecake Factory, starting in April 1998, where responsibilities include overseeing all culinary operations in the Southeast and developing future operators. Prior to this role, Jeff served as the Middle School Director for Sequoyah Football from February 2013 to February 2016, managing game day operations and organizing events such as the annual Hickory Flat 7 on 7 passing tournament. Jeff's military background includes serving as a Drill Sergeant in the US Army from October 1988 to April 1996, with deployment during Desert Storm and training completed at Drill Sergeant School in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Jeff attended the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Morrisville from 1992 to 1993.
