Megan Bloomer, PhD has extensive experience in sustainability and corporate social responsibility. Megan served as the Vice President of Sustainability & CSR at The Cheesecake Factory, where they developed and managed sustainability initiatives, identified cost-saving opportunities, and implemented a sustainable food sourcing policy. Megan also worked as the Director of Sustainability at DaVita, collaborating with senior executives to design and implement environmental sustainability strategies and programs. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Sustainability at Xanterra Parks & Resorts, where they developed and implemented various environmental management programs. Megan also has experience as an Executive Career Coach and is a member of the Board of Trustees at Prescott College.

Megan Bloomer, PhD completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in 2019 from Prescott College. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Environmental Studies from Randolph College in 2006. Additionally, Megan has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing, as well as a Master of Science (MS) degree in Environmental Policy and Management, both from American Public University System. Megan has also pursued several certifications, including an Executive Diversity Coach certification from CoachDiversity Institute and a Multicultural Women's Executive Leadership Program certification from the University of Southern California. Megan has also obtained certifications in Women in Governance, Women's Negotiation & Leadership, Diversity & Inclusion, Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability Leadership & Implementation, and LEED Accredited Professional.
