Rick Borchert

Rick Borchert has extensive work experience in procurement and supply chain management. Rick started their career at California Pizza Kitchen in 2010, where they held various roles such as Procurement Coordinator, Procurement Supervisor, Procurement Assistant Manager, and eventually became a Sr. Procurement Manager. In these positions, they managed categories such as dough, produce, bread, poultry, proprietary items, and broad line distribution. Rick set and executed timelines for national menu and limited-time offer rollouts. In 2017, Rick joined The Cheesecake Factory as a Category Manager before being promoted to Sr. Category Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Director of Supply Planning and Produce Management at The Cheesecake Factory. Rick'sresponsibilities include managing a team that supports day-to-day operations, packaging, and back office systems.
