Robert Armand Arabian

Robert Armand Arabian holds extensive experience across various fields, particularly in law enforcement and legal practice. Currently serving as the Staff Relations Manager in Human Resources at The Cheesecake Factory since September 2021, Robert focuses on HR investigations, restaurant support, training, and project management to ensure operational success across over 225 locations. Prior to this role, Robert worked as an Associate Attorney at GIFFORD, DEARING & ABERNATHY LLP, where the practice emphasized estate planning for first responders and military personnel. Robert also operated as a general practitioner from 1999 to 2020 and served as a Police Commander for the Simi Valley Police Department for 31 years, holding roles with both the Los Angeles Police Department and Ventura County District Attorney's Office. In addition to legal and law enforcement experience, Robert co-founded Covered 6, a training school and security consulting firm, and is a graduate of Pepperdine Law with a Juris Doctor degree. Further education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Journalism from California State University, Northridge, and completion of Command College.
