Emily Aguilar is a seasoned professional in the food and beverage industry with extensive experience in hospitality recruitment and management. Currently serving as a Hospitality Recruiter (Regional Partner) at The Chef Agency since September 2021, Emily plays a pivotal role in identifying talent for various corporate positions. Prior to this, Emily held the position of Vice President of Food and Beverage at sbe Lifestyle Hospitality from September 2018 to December 2019, and served as Director of Restaurants and General Manager at STARR Restaurants from February 2005 to May 2017. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental and Forest Biology from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry.
