John Santini has extensive work experience in the chemical industry. John started their career in 1968 at American Cyanamid Company / Cytec Industries, Inc, where they held various roles in chemicals manufacturing, technical, and procurement management until 2006. In 2007, they joined The Chemical Company as the Vice President of Southern and Latin America Operations. In 2010, they became the President of Larin Enterprises, Inc.

John Santini attended St. Francis Prep from 1960 to 1964, where they obtained their high school diploma. John then enrolled at Fordham University from 1964 to 1968, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry. Later, from 1969 to 1973, John pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Rutgers University - Newark.
