Karen Lauer

Karen Lauer has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Karen started their career in 2005 at General Motors as a Paint Process Engineer, where they were responsible for addressing booth breakdowns and paint quality issues, troubleshooting robot and bell problems, and making process adjustments to improve production throughput and paint quality.
